Just wondering what other Pre School Committees do when it comes to paying staff for end of term reports.
We pay staff an additional 15 minutes for every report they have to write. I know that this isn't alot of time and I've been told that it takes at least an hour to write one report.
A request has been made to the committee if this could be increased to half an hours pay for every report done.
This is in addition to their paid admin time every week.
How does it work in other settings (we are a voluntary run pre school). Thanks in advance.
