Where can I find a costume for 2 year old Mary for nursery nativity?

dd is playing Mary in her nursery nativity in just over a week. Where can I find a Mary costume from? Have looked on Mothercare.com and Ebay but no joy... Thanks

A blue satin pillowcase with armholes - you can make a white belt and maybe trim with white too. Then use another for the headdress.
