Is anyone a nursery teacher attached to a school or a SENCO at a school with a nursery?

I need some advice. I know once DS is in full time school anything up to 15 hours one to one support the school have to pay for out of the AEN budget and then if they have over 15 hours the LEA pay the extra. Does it work similar to this in the nursery?

I am the Senco at a nursery (but not atached to a school) I haven't had a child with a statement since I have been senco, but am in process of applying for one.

at present we have an early intervention grant for one child, which covers one hour a day 1 to 1 for them.

afaik we don't get any other SEN funding - but I don't deal with the budgets. we juggle staff time to meet the needs of our children.
