Good preschool in near Lee/Blackheath SE London?

Hi there can anyone advise..we live on the edge of lee near blackheath, southeast London and are very close to 3 good but private schools with preschools attached, the problem is as much as we'd love to we don't have the spare cash to start our 2.5yr old to either. I am on the hunt for a good preschool in my area, can anyone help?

Sherringtons and pound park- both charlton though, but think sherringtons particularly is very good at nursery
