DS is due them now and is returning to preschool in a week & a bit. Are they actual physical vouchers I am meant to hand in at school because none have been sent to me? How does it work?

You don't actually get vouchers. The pre-school will get the money direct from whereever it comes from and all you have to do is sign a form to say how many sessions you are claiming for with that particular provider.
