Pre-school business plan for new premises - please help me with my SWOT!!!

Any suggestions I could use to strengten our case by means of SWOT also advice on business plan headings would be useful, thanks

Strengths can iclude loyal staff, well qualified staff, fundraising committee, waiting lists?

Weakness - we found it hard ot retain full cpmplemet of staff.

Ops - we went to full day care for half the week.

Threats - ours were renting a room, and local preschools going to full day care.

Headings icluded Development, promotion, background, aims and objectives.
