Just been checking our pre-school noticeboard and the old Chairman signed the old complaints procedure back in Dec 07 so of course now it needs updating!
Can anyone else who works on a committee give me an idea of how to word a new one so that it fits in with EYFS.
Also as a childminder i have to state that i have to reply to any complaints within 28days and within 20days for the early years register which would apply to under 5yr olds anyway.
Any suggestions please!
