I've just realised that dd will not be starting pre-school with any of her friends from playgroup

Until July last year she was the youngest in playgroup, and most of the group started pre-school in September. I've now realised the 2 remaining lads who are in the same year group will both be going to different schools, and the new children at playgroup will be in the year below dd. The 2 children I know of who will be starting with her don't go to playgroup, so she doesn't no them. for her.

It really won't make any odds - both my kids did same.

they are so very little they will make new friends so quickly

She will be fine. Often children make friends at preschool then change into new groups at school anyway.

Don't worry about her

She'll be fine. They have a different "best friend" every day at that age.

I know I'm being unduly paranoid. She's actually a very confident little person, and I'm sure she'll make friends easily.
