we're moving to (most likely) the NW5 area next spring from San Francisco. i'm trying to find a very nurturing nursery school for my daughter who will be 2.5 by then, for PT care. if it's anything like here, there's waiting lists and it's very expensive... money aside, does anyone have any recommendations? i've been looking online but it's so hard to tell. i like the Montessori philosophy, but not completely tied to it.
she's having a lot of fears coming up right now and i know when we move it's going to be challenging for her (and us). i just really want to find a place where she'll feel safe, loved, and supported. i'm interested in play-based nursery as well.
