How do I find about preschools in the area..private & LEA..

My hv told me about a number I could call asking for them to send me info on preschool classes in my area for both private & lea. BUT she suggested I find then on the internet as she didn't have the number...

Im lost...How do I go about obtaining a list of all preschools in my area for private & lea...????

DD is 3 and im hoping to send her from sept...she isn't in a nursery etc atm.

here or just google pre-schools

every council should have a department for this - usually called Children's Information Services. Google that for your area and it will either be online, or they will post you out a list
