My DC was in a lovely private nursery but then last September all the 3 year olds were leaving for preschool. There are 2 preschools attached to the primary schools near me, both rated outstanding.
School 1- preschool was really big 30+ kids DC didnt like it but we did like it however the school not so much we done 2 more visits and our thoughts didn’t change before the summer holidays.
school 2 at the time they had 15 kids not such good facilities but DC loved it and we loved the school, so DC went there last September. trouble is now there is about 5 kids and there are issues with the preschool mainly due to numbers and staff not being as good as you hope with so few children, very inattentive and a love of iPads 🤬.
So I went back to revisit the other bigger preschool less kids this time DC preferred it and we still loved it but there’s something I can’t put my finger on about the school I just don’t like. Some of the kids from the school 1 preschool will be moving to school 2 so they wouldn’t be alone but most will go up to school 1.
