we live in Scotland and my baby is turning 3 next year. He goes to a private nursery in Stirlingshire, they have a partnership with Stirlingshire council for funded hours, but we live in another council. So I was wondering where should we apply for the funded hours and will this be an issue ? Has anybody else applied in a similar situation ?
