Uniform for very small child

My 2.5 year old will be moving into the last room at our nursery in September. she needs to wear pinafore, polo top, cardigan from September.

she currently wears 9-12m clothes. Some 9-12m fall down as her waist is very small. she is tiny and was extremely premature.

I have had a look online but I can only see uniform starting from age 3.

does anywhere know where does uniform from age 2?

Marks and Spencer.

Do the children actually wear a the uniform? At our pre school, they’re supposed to wear the uniform of the attached school, but a lot of the children don’t, and the ones that do tend to just wear a polo, with their own leggings.

When I had this issue with DD, I improvised with a polo shirt, but then dark shorts/leggings rather than "school" stuff. I managed to find a jumper of the right colour as well. (Again not a proper school one)

My DC was not as young as your child needing a uniform, but he started school age 3 and was often wearing clothes for a toddler. I had to improvise as a pp has also said; and so my DC's clothes were a close approximation to the uniform.
The wedding section in next offers a selection of tailored clothes for toddlers. I would get some pieces from there.

Thanks. I hadn’t actually thought about improvising with say a grey dress or grey leggings. And I suppose I could just buy any green cardigan not just a school one.
