Nursery notice required during the settling in? Is it too late applying for school nursery?

We have not started settling in yet but we are not into the nursery due to various reasons even though we paid the registration fee. Tomorrow is first settling in but we might send him there tomorrow only and change if there is any other available place.

We recently moved to a new place due to my husband's relocation so it is hard to find a good local nursery and we are very late to get a space (Previously it was from nursery at my husband's workplace)

Do we still have to give a full notice? (Old Station)

And is it too late to find a school nursery? (Out of London)

What do you mean by Old Station? Is that the name of the nursery you have registered with!? Look at the contract-you’ll be liable for whatever the notice period is.

I don’t really think anyone here can help you with this. You need to speak to individual school nurseries near to you to see what availability they might have.

It is nursery name and a big franchise so some might be familiar with the name. I haven't got contract yet from the nursery and no first invoice yet either as it is probably before settling in.
