Please help!
Our DS has previously had 30 free hours at his nursery. I've had a letter to reapply for funding, which apparently has to be periodically done. It's asking for a "unique 11 digit code". I went online to the Government Gateway, and filled out all the security questions to get it, but it says we're not entitled because I put that we get Universal Credit?? I'm confused, as it's rare we get a top up. My OH has on occasion, during half term etc as he is a supply teacher. Should I not have put that we get UC? It won't let me resubmit :(
He works full time, during term time and I have an office job two days a week. Obviously we're not on more than £100k... Surely the small top up every 6 weeks wouldn't exclude us?! Or have I messed up the form?
