I'm seeking help from Pre School Committee Members as we are looking to create a lease agreement between our Pre School and the school and am not quite sure where to start! It's a bit of a minefield.
We have a new Chairperson and new members and with some potential changes with school ahead, we feel it is time to revisit a lease agreement. (This was considered many years ago, however nothing ever came to fruition. We do have a supportive school but feel we need something in place now for both parties)
Has anyone done this and can help advise? Is there anything we should be aware of?
