Looking for some advice regarding transition to 2 children.

We welcomed our daughter to the world 3 weeks ago. We have a 2 and a half year old son who adores her. Today at nursery pick up his key worker told me he had thrown some blocks at her head and asked if he does it at home. I said no, if anything he is the complete opposite very gentle and very caring.
She asked about our baby and she said its not uncommon for children to act up or misbehave when they have a new sibling. She also said hes never done it before and he has been fine all day.
The problem is, I can't stop behaviour that doesn't happen at home or that doesn't happen in front of me so I am not sure how to sort the situation.

You talk to him about the event afterwards and make sure he knows it’s not acceptable. When he next goes into nursery remind him to use kind hands and x will tell you at the end of the day how he has been at nursery.
