My little one just turned two, and I'm starting to research local preschools in preparation for pre school, and the free 10 education hours he'll be entitled to the term after he turns 3. We live in Conwy, but the school I'd like him to attend (and the preschool) is in Gwynedd (because I am first language Welsh and I work in Gwynedd. The same childcare offer is available in both counties, but I've been told my a friend that you can only use the childvare voucher in the county that you live in, which seems silly... Anyone know if this is the case?
