Child turns 3 in March. Will he be eligible to start free hours in nursery the following Apr or Sept?
Thank you

April if they have spaces. Most have spaces in September.

April. I have a March child.

It does depend on the Nursery though. School nurseries generally only have an intake in September. Private nurseries can be anytime in the year, but definitely get it sorted before April as they will have limited free spaces no doubt.

It's normally the term after they turn 3, so it'll be April after the Easter holidays. 2 March babies here!

Eligible in April....but nursery may not be able to accommodate until September.....unless you already there and waiting to take up your free hours...mthen you already have the place
