Are there any montessori (sp?) nurseries or pre-schools in or around Greenwich or Blackheath?

That's it really - I've found the Montessori school in Blackheath but it's all booked up for years to come so I'm trying to find out if there are any other alternatives in the area.

No really in the area, but a DLR ride away, there's a Montessori at Heron Quays, here. Although I'm not sure that I can recommend it really as ds is (supposedly) starting there in Jan and I'm already having issues with them.

I was about to suggest the one in the Village (I went there ) Not sure what sort of of recommendation I could have given after 34 years though

There is the most fabulous montessori adn Kingswood Halls - called The Village Montessori.

It is only sessional care though - so mornings or afternoons.

If that words for you then go for it - my children had a fabulous time there.

Thanks for all the replies. I have also heard there may be a Montessori in Lewisham - has anyone heard of this?
