What questions will I be asked for my Chair of Pre-School suitable person interview?

Laughable really since I have been Chair for over a year, but Ofsted are currently doing an inspection and have identified that they need to interview me regarding whether I am suitable for the role!

Anything I should brush up on?

National Standards -- try to learn them. Make sure you know the best practice guidelines about CRB checks bckwards and forwards. Who has responsibility for various duties (H&Safety, Behaviour Issues, Special Needs, etc.). If they ask you for any particular paperwork - where is it, or who will know where it is? Dig thru committee files and staff files to see what's in there.
