STAFF TO CHILD RATIOS???

Anyone tell me what their "attached to primary school" nursery staff ratios are?

I was a little concerned when we took DD1 for her introduction yesterday that is was 2 teachers to 27 kids!

Kids range from 3-5yrs (i know 4 of them are "young" as in summer birthdays, just turned 3)

Wondering if DD1 will find it hard considering she has been used to 2:8 ratio!

ARGHHHHHHH

I think it is something like 1:13.

In a nursery class with a qualified teacher that is quite normal (in fact I think 2:27 is considered good)

ok, thanks! was panicking a little.

I think DD1 will probably be ok, but its me! I was so used to her being 1 of 8 kids in a class with 2 NNEB qualified teachers. (she wasnt quite 3)

They both seem like lovely teachers, so am not too concerned, but i wasnt sure if it was right or not!
