Anyone else's DC get really tired on only the 15 free hours preschool

My DS does 3 mornings, 1 afternoon at preschool, which actually is only 13 hours a week. He seems exhausted afterwards and on his day off his ratty and often has a nap. He started in September, as had turned 3 in the summer holidays.

I have just seen this. My 3yo only does two mornings a week and is exhausted after. I can't get her up from her afternoon nap and she needs rest day too.
