Waitlist for St Johns and St Martins, Northwood, 4+ assessments

Any insight on probability of DS making it to St Johns or St Martins at 4+ if he is offered a place in a waitlist list? I've heard that up to 80-100 boys are applying for about 6 or 7 places at 4+ What are the odds of being offered a place? Any idea at all?

Between 6% and 8.75%, according to my 9 year old's calculations.
