Hi there, any pre school committee Chairs out there who have had to deal with the renewal of their pre school premises lease? Ours is up and we are having to pay for legal representation plus also cover the legal fees of county council (our landlord). Just wondered if anyone else has done this recently and what their legal costs were? I’ve had a quote of 1000 to represent us, which includes registering our tenancy with the Land Registry. Our pre school is part of the primary school. We pay a peppercorn rent but pay a % of the schools running costs (utilities etc). Thanks!
