What do people do about Christmas gifts for the nursery staff? I thought about getting a nice box of biscuits for everyone to share. Then a voucher for key worker who has been amazing. Ds will be moving up age bracket soon, so it would also be a thank you to her for the year she has been with him. Is there any issue with giving vouchers? I wondered if there might be policies that it is not allowed?
