Anyone like us building our own pre-school within 6 months with extended schools funding?

Help, grey hairs starting to appear, would really like to get in touch with any other pre-school committees building their own premises with central government extended schools funding. We have been given just six months to complete the build, secure ofsted approval for an additional new after school and holiday club, then open for business! We are so fortunate but its been a tough time with so much to do, anyone else out there in the same position? Would love to hear from you and share experiences and tips - it would keep me going through the last few weeks! Thanks!

We are not involved in the funding you talk about but our landlord (church) is currently planning a rebuild which involves new premises for us. i can feel the grey hairs coming and we haven't got near the building stage yet, I have a meeting with the architect tomorrow.

katymac is hoping to build a new nursery with after school care bit (I think) - maybe she'll be along in a bit.... Good luck with it all.
