Advice on change of premises for an existing pre-school provider

Can anyone provide any advice on the legalities and any Ofsted implications due to a change of premises for an existing pre-school provider?

I Don't know a lot, but I believe it would need a new registration. I presume an inspection to check suitability of premises / provision.

I move my pre school last summer and needed a reregistration. We had a pretty gruelling 6 hour visit!
