help- world book day and st Davids day combined!!!!

Ds's nursery wants them to dress up as a welsh book character for world book day tomorrow! I'm still at work and will be until 5 so won't have much time to get costumes all the ones i can think of are complex and will a) take too much time and b) cost too much!
Can anyone think of something easy and effective- but NOT Sam Tan, Spot, Mona y Fampir etc

and remember that a lot of popular english language books are often translated in to welsh

Oh i'm sooo cruel! They went this morning with trousers, jumpers and bobblehats and said they were the bobinogs! Still they have dragon costumes for the party this afternoon!
