Bedales or Churchers in Petersfield?

Hi, this has probably been done to death, but we are now contemplating prep (?) for our 4 year old. We would love to be able to send her to private school and struggling to know what to do. We live in Petersfield and are struggling between private; Churchers or Bedales versus our local primary, Langrish. Read lots on Bedales and can't get my head around the informality of it (first names only), but love the encouragement of exploring your passions and who you want to be. She would be a day pupil as we live close.
I've also heard amazing things about Churchers too.
Has anyone experience of all or gone through the same choices?

Hi! I know that this thread was years ago, but hoping you're still on mumsnet... I am also torn between Churcher's and Langrish. I was wondering what you ended up choosing and how it went? Thanks!

Hi, no probs. We decided on langrish in the end as I wasn’t keen on the churchers in The end. However, eldest now goes to Ditcham which is wonderful and nurturing whilst younger is staying at langrish. Both excelled academically at langrish, really can’t fault it. Good luck with your choices.
