Pre-school Chairpeople - do you get any perks?

Just wondering whether any Committee members get anything from their pre-school (other than a worthy sense of duty done!). It's alot of work for Treasurers and Chairs in particular, and I was thinking of maybe giving their (our) children some free sessions. Does this break Trusteeship rules I wonder?? Anyone done it?

No definately no perks here, lots of extra work and meetings to attend! Oh and the blame if things go wrong!!

Certainly no perks here.
'Trustees may not benefit from the charity' quoting from the charity commision document I just happen to have on my desk - didn't even know the charity commision existed before I took this on.

Geogteach, that's the bit that would seem to prevent it. However, you can claim 'legitimate expenses incurred in the course of committee business' (or something like that) which could include childcare if it was to enable you to do committee stuff (I reckon).
