We have the option to send our DS to Loyola Prep School in Buckhurst Hill, Essex. We recently took a guided tour of the school and in general we got a very good impression. The infrastructure seems very adequate and the system well thought through. But we were somewhat amazed by the size of some of the classes. In most we counted at least 24 pupils, and in one there were 30 children. This was the only factor that is giving us pause. Any thoughts about this school and/or the importance of class sizes welcomed.
