NEW IN UK:) Milton, Cambridge

Hi there, I have 2 children, one of 1,5 y.o and 4,5 y.o , and we are Romanian.
We are both working, and we are new in Milton, Cambridge. Can you please, give an advise for a nursery or kindergarten,where to go during daytime?
What is the procedures? Is there any chance to find something cheap?
I don't know the area, and what to do with my children while we are at work. I'm interested from January 2015. Thank you very much for your help.

Did your 4yo have their birthday before 1st September? If so, they could be in school (reception year), although they don't need to be in education until after they turn 5.
