Nursery or Pre-school near East croydon Station

My son is going to be 3 years very soon . We are planning to change his nursery . Any comment's for some good nursery near East Croydon station will be very helpful .

My daughter attends old palace nursery 2 days a week in Croydon which I cannit praise enough. It is so welcoming, friendly and do so much for the children. I did definitely recommend it however they are very over subscribed.

I've just been offered a job and am also looking at nursery place for the remaining 3 days as the nursery she is in us fully booked til sep.

Blue house in Croydon is meant to be good so I have heard and am considering looking into it. Fennies nursery is very popular but did not like it found them very much money orientated and took my daughter out after just 1 month however it may suit some people.

What nursery does your ds attend

Thanks for your reply .My Son going to Fennies . At the moment I'm not quite happy with it .

Definatly look at old palace nursery which is just by lloyds Park tram stop. 1 stop after sandilands. In my opinion I love it and I think they are outstanding.

Other nurseries close by to East Croydon are Elgin Road which is a couple roads before fennies, kingfisher which is at the end of the road where Elgin nursery is and there is another nursery which is montessori on cherry orchard Road and lastly early learners near Surrey Street market and another one just by argos in Croydon. I do like blue house but you get a lot of children from fennies and blue house go to old palace as parents not happy so not sure

I have viewed all except Elgin as has no space and they all seem ok but this was when my daughter was 1

Hi I'm also looking into nurseries in this area. Sadly Old Palace is fully booked until Jan 2015. miller do you know why parents have not been satisfied with Blue House?

Have you heard anything about the Montessori nursery (MMI)? It's been quite hard to find reviews online.

Any other feedback you or anyone else have with respect to the other nurseries in Croydon/East Croydon would be gratefully received.
