Hi, I am currently looking to complete a project looking at how our preschool is run. We are currently run by a committee which changes annually and presents us with numerous problems. I am looking for comments and perspectives of those who have been involved in preschool committees and the positives and negatives of their experiences.
I am also looking for settings that have recently changed their governance either to private provision or to being taken over by the local primary school and similarly the positives and negatives of this...hope you can help!!!
