funding for 2 year olds in oxfordshire

I am the carer of a looked after child with disabilities. For these reasons the child will probably be top of the list to receive funding for nursery when they are 2. I am wondering how easy it is to receive this funding in oxfordshire. I have been told he may only get 5 hours initially. Others may have experince with this issue?

EYSENIT said 5 hours but HV has sent off the application for 15 hrs. I am at last learning that if one person doesn't give you the answer you are looking for try another place of push a bit more!
