Hi
I was wondering if anyone can help me out with preparing my daughter for her 3+ assessment in January for st helens. I really really like this school, it seems to me the sort of place she could thrive and would really like to help her get in. Does anyone know what is expected from her? I'm v reluctant to 'hot house' her but would like to prepare her through playing appropriate games with her. I'm not a fan of formal teaching at this age. I'm hoping it's not necessary!
Any advice would be really really appreciated!
Thanks!

Thanks mumtteacher.
Afraid I didn't see this until now (post assessment).
I'm not sure how she got on, let's see. All this girls seemed pretty similar to me - all went in nicely and came out fine. Mine was jumping around and happy when she came out but couldn't tell me anything about the story they read. She did tell me he drew a picture and told them her favourite colour. Nothing else though, there must be more, she was there an hour!!! I'm v impatient, it's a lifetime to wait another 3 weeks!!!
