ACS feedback on educational quality and living proximity for

Hi,
We recently moved to London and are now looking for an appropriate school for our 6 yr old child. We have been considering ACS. Any feedbacks from parents re: the quality of education.
Also, where would you suggest we lived had we decided on ACS Cobham?

ACS is very good, especially for mobile families. They are one of the few places that offer IB-PYP. Is that something that is important to you?

I think if you are here for the long run, you would be better in a British school.

If you want to use ACS Cobham, then I would recommend sticking with the very closest communities - no further out that Kingston. There is also ACS Egham and ACS Hillingdon. All are outside of London geographically and socially. There are other American/International schools closer to the center of London.

Thanks for your feedback. We are not sure how long we are going to be here.
We are considering living in Wimbledon. Is that too far out? Where we are coming from, kids are used to commuting up to a half an hour (that is standard). But it looks like people are not used to commuting around here.
What do you think?

Hi we are looking at ACS in cobham and so far have excellent feedback. Mainly education and great nurturing teaching to get the best out of your child.

Wimbledon is too far more due to traffic than distance.

Wimbledon should be good for local schools due to traffic.

HI, we are moving to Reading UK area, and looking at ACS Egham or Cobham. So I was trying to understand the differences and pros and cons. Egham would be closer for my husbands work. We are coming from SAS, the American school in Singapore.
