Qualifications to run a playgroup/preschool

I've been a playgroup supervisor for 5 years and I am a primary teacher specialising in KS1. Noone has ever questioned my qualification to run a group, but I'm wondering if there is any information out there as to what level I am? I've always presumed I am a Level 4, but I don't know! Is there a list somewhere with qualifications and their equivalent level?

If you have a degree (as I assume you do to teach) then that is Level 5, I think.

Most playgroups etc here ask for a Level 3, so you certainly shouldn't come up against any problems!

Thank you. Sorry if i wasn't clear, I qualified 10 years ago and have done some supply in the last few years, but my main job for 5 years has been as a supervisor. Level 5 sounds fine to me!
If anyone does know of a list of equivalent levels I would be very grateful.

check the CWDC website (www.cwdcouncil.org.uk) - that has a list of qualifications and their equivalents

I have just finished my foundation degree and that is a level 5. When I do the top-up to BA Hons I will have a level 6 qualification.
If you have a PGCE as a teacher, does that not make you level 7?
