The chair and treasurer of the pre school my DS attends will be standing down in July as their children are moving to primary school and there does not seem to be any willing volunteers to step up to these positions. Does anyone have any experience of encouraging/persuading parents or family members to volunteer for specific positions or even just to sit on the committee?
Any advice gratefully received.
