Thank you gifts for departing committee members

We are almost at our AGM and losing some committee members, and we'd like to present them with a gift. Please can anyone help with ideas? Apparently it has traditionally been a plant, but people have put in so much hard work this year that we'd like to give them something a little bit more thoughtful. We have about 5 committee members about to step down, so would really appreciate any ideas...

What's your budget?

Well, we've got quite a bit of cash at the moment, so we could afford to spend up to £10ish each. Would be nice to get something that means a little more. A gift card is great, but I was trying to think of something a little bit more long lasting.
