Hello I am the Chair of a small pre-school and we need to recruit a teaching assistant to replace a long term member of staff. WE want to get a good crop to pick from but don't want to spend too much money (we are a charity!) I will probably go down the the local paper route but wondered if there were any other options I am not aware of.
