DS in Reception at school that goes straight through to 18. DD due to join Nursery class in Sept 11. She will be 3 in December. Currently at home apart from apart from a morning play group once a week. I think she would enjoy something like playschool or Nursery from Jan till June. DS needs to be dropped off circa 8:40 and picked up at 3pm and School is about a 15/20 minute drive away. We are based in Greenwich. Andy ideas of the sort of thing DD could do specific or general and how we could access them would be greatly appreciated.

Ask Council for pre-school list- you should find something from 9/9.30 to 11.30/12.

My son did pre-school from 2.5 to when he started nursery. In hindsight I think 2.5 was a little young, but by 3 he was getting a lot out of it and most children at nursery had been to some sort of pre-school/day-care.

You should get 15 hours a week free from January. We use ours in the Pre-school room at the local daycare nursery, which is very good.
