Dd's school are refusing to give an end of year report. Dd was diagnosed with ASD 2 months ago on the basis of an observation done at school so I'm dying to get some feedback but there is none what so ever.

Do I have any rights?

Why not ask to go speak to your child's keyworker/the pre-school teacher? Then you can ask specific questions about what you want to know. DD's pre-school did provide an end of year report but it told us precisely what we already knew.

It is a legal requirement of the EYFS that the setting shares the learning journey with the parent
From the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage (p23)
"parents must be given free access to developmental records about their child (for example, the EYFS Profile)"
