Hello,
We are thinking of moving house to a new area and have a nursery place starting september in our current area. We are moving to try to get kids into a good primary school in the other area. There are a shortage of nursery places everywhere in the town so we will not get a place in the new area and want to keep the place we have rather than have nothing. Does anyone know the legalities of this and where we would stand if we moved house in September?
