Fill my briefcase

Hello ladies

I am in charge of a little talking event at an external venue in a few days. What do I need to take? I think the big stuff is organised - bottles of water etc. It's just the little stuff I am looking for ideas for.

I have on my list

Some a4 paper
markers
blue tak
sticky tape (don’t think I need a stapler)
j cloth
Leatherman
table cloths

Emergency phone numbers on paper.

Duct tape.

Power bank, wires and charger block.

Mini first aid kit, plasters, paracetamol and ibuprofen (for your own use), couple of diaoralyte sachets. Mini sewing kit, small torch, packet of tissues, baby wipes or similar, couple of cereal bars, spare glasses if you wear them.

You may well not need all these but these would be the ones I would have want to have thought through and made a decision on (in addition to those suggestions you've already had):

Scissors
A plan for the inevitable requests for printing
An hdmi cable/any other wires you can think of
If it's going to be mic-ed does someone have a plan for mic-batteries. Have you got a mic-runner to take them round?
A whiteboard marker
Comfy shoes
Spare name badges
Sticky labels
A door wedge
Drawing pins

There are a few things I hadn’t thought of so I appreciate your experience.

Will sort myself out over the weekend.

I would add money, selection of coins and notes in case somebody does not accept cash. Spare card in phone in case I lose my wallet.
