I recently saw that my husband is talking to the girl and I also read their chats and I know that they also meet together so how can I catch them?

Go to where they arrange to meet or get a friend to go, follow him in your car or again ask a friend.
Put a tracker on his car.
Hire a PI.

How young is the "girl"? Do you mean young woman, or is this possibly someone below the age of consent?

Either way, why do you feel the need to catch them meeting?

You've already caught him.

You already have caught them so you don’t need to physically see them. Get your ducks in a row, paperwork/access to bank accounts, his pay slips, locate yours/the DC passport and book the free appointment with a solicitor.
