Toilet roll

Apparently there are issues linked to deforestation which may cause shortages of toilet roll. This has been discussed by the owner of a bamboo based toilet roll company so he may just be scaremongering for his own profit. I still have quite a stash so really do not need much more. This will likely include tissues, kitchen roll etc so be prepared for more price increases and perhaps add an extra pack to your stores. Potentially likely to cause panic buying for those of us who do not prep.

Move over to washable wipes instead of kitchen roll. I'm pretty confident none of my family would speak to me again if I tried to for us to use reusable loo roll.
I'd consider a bidet device thing but I'm not in a tearing hurry.
Loo roll squashes into hold-alls.

kitchen roll is easy to replace: dishcloths, old clothes cut up into rags etc.

bog roll on the other hand...

on the plus side some people will still be working their way through their March 2020 stash.

nah, having cloth bummed three kids, it’s pretty easy to switch to a reuseable wipes and nappy bucket system should folk not have an alternative… though we still use loo roll in our house for convenience.
