I'm stocking up my freezer for winter. It's not all that big but the library method of storing liquids means I can get a good amount of soup and sauce in there.
Does anyone have any veggie soup recipes that freeze well please? We love lentil with carrots and celery, and leek and potato but we need to have more variety. I tried a beetroot soup this week. Yuck. And I love beetroot. Nothing beats a bowl of homemade soup (and dumplings) with crusty bread and butter on a winters day.
