Morning all!
I bought a dehydrator from Amazon in the summer but it came with no instructions at all. So I downloaded a book about it but all I got was a load of recipes.
So it's still unused, but I plan to do as pps have suggested and dehydrate some frozen veg- but not sure where to start.
The thing seems to have shelves approx 3cm apart (plastic, wide mesh) and temperature settings of low, 40c, 50c, 60c and 70c.
I swear I've read about lining shelves with kitchen towel but can't find that info again.
What thickness to lay the veg? How long for?
Wise words, points to links etc all very welcome.
